Day 8

Hey Voters!!

Monday was our anniversary! We emailed and texted everyone we know to remind them that the voting ended at 9:00. We also posted bullitens on our Myspace accounts. It was my first day back at school so I made sure I spread the word pretty heavy that it was the last day of the first round and to VOTE! I just want to thank everyone for voting to help get us to the next round. We appreciate all the support and want to encourage everyone to VOTE, VOTE, VOTE!!! Thank you, Erin

Day 6 & 7

It has been a very busy weekend! Friday night we went to one of our favorite restaraunts and passed out fliers and mingled. Saturday Scott made a myspace page for us at www.myspace.com/scotteriny98 . We then hit the streets of Dogtown and went door to door passing out fliers and explaining the contest to everyone. It gave us an opportunity to meet some of our neighbors. Sunday I got to meet all of the brides at The Wedding Shoppe! It was nice getting to meet everyone. This has been a great experience, and I just wanted to say thanks to all the people who have taken the time to talk to us and vote. We have had alot of help from friends spreading the word and we are very thankful for the support! Thanks, Erin

Day 4

Hi everyone!

Today was probably the busiest day of all. Scott and I went out and hit the streets! We went to a few of our favorite establishments that we frequent and tried to rally up some votes. It has been really fun meeting new people! I am a little bit more outgoing than Scott, so I find myself chatting with people for awhile and then realizing that I still have so many more people to talk to! Everyone has been so supportive. I couldn't ask for better friends and family, they have also been working so hard spreading the word. Thank you all for your hard work and your votes!

Day 3

Hi Everyone!

Today was a really busy day for both of us! We both had to work and Scott had to study for a test tonight. I wish we could've gotten more done. I did print off some more fliers and sent out some more emails and texts. Hopefully this weekend we can get alot done because it's hard to market during the week while we both have so much going on. Hello Everyone!

Scott and I have been hard at work spreading the word! It has been fun doing this together. It gives us quality time together in a fun atmosphere! I want to give the voters a little background on us. We have been engaged a little over a year now. We wanted to wait until I graduated from Mortuary school. I will finally be finished in May. Scott is an Apprentice Electrician. He still has a little over a year until he becomes a Journeyman. We have the greatest family and friends that are really pulling for us to win this. Everyone we know has been really supportive, and Scott and I really appreciate it! Thank you all for voting!

Day 1

Hey Y98 Listeners!!

It has been really hectic since I got the call from Guy. The first thing I did was call my Mom so she could get the word spread as fast as possible. She has a big mouth like me, so it was my top priority! I then sent out mass texts and emails hoping that everyone will do the same. Unfortunately, I had the funeral of my Grandfather soon after I received the call so I couldn't hit the street but I did tell all of my family that was in attendance. Scott and I feel really blessed to just be in this competition and want to thank everyone for voting!
